For more than 20 years I've built brands and led large businesses. I start with the big picture, test the assumptions and stay close to the details that decide whether a plan works. Through Koiou Advisory I work directly with owners and leaders as an advisor, a project lead or a hands-on partner.

  • Led the Poultry and Wieners & Sausage businesses with full P&L accountability
  • Built Prime Raised Without Antibiotics from farm to shelf, the foundation of Maple Leaf's Sustainable Meats platform
  • Shaped the commercial plan for Maple Leaf's new poultry plant in London, Ontario
  • Led development of the Prime "Wing Belt" digital ad, 11M+ views, and the Natural Selections "Fireman" TV spot
  • Received the CEO/COO Award for overall excellence

Building brands: Heinz and L'Oreal

  • Led infant foods, frozen and haircare brands, and launched the first men's skincare line in Canada
